To apply the patch just throw the file into your ZH Folder, usually something like C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour unless you moved it. Tiberium got cancelled because it failed to pass quality assurance, which, watching gameplay footage, is very understandable the game was in pre-alpha state, not ready for pre-release QA tests by any stretch of imagination. Third, nobody could have expected Victory NOT to deliver a quality product which is what happened, thus the game got cancelled, rightfully so.
Second, Victory games proved to be capable of delivering quality products in the past. Assigning Victory games to produce Generals 2 and subsequently cancelling it were both great moves from EA's part. Well Ultimate Collection is a pretty good deal I guess, no reason not to use with the launchers.ĬnC4 was a misstep, yes, and firing the devs because of it was also a bad move (they made CnC3 and RA3 after all, both excellent games).
